Betty Bidwell made a big leap, moving from an office job to construction sites. Bidwell is co-owner of the family business, Equity Builders of S.M. L., Inc. Betty had worked in construction before and knew about the equipment and her experience working in a mental healthcare office, scheduling doctors, keeping up with insurance benefits of clients and managing the office help her with the business side of the construction business.
