The Starr Hill Pilot Brewery & Side Stage in Roanoke is the site of the very first Roots2Rock. The show features the powerhouse vocals of Erin Lunsford. Erin has since released a new solo album, “The Damsel” in April 2020.
She and the group she fronts, Erin & the Wildfire, have performed at Floyd Fest in Floyd, Virginia, and been written up in Rolling Stone Magazine. The Starr Hill Pilot Brewery & Side Stage in Roanoke was an experiment of the Charlottesville brewery. A successful one. Roanoke embraced the craft brewery and its love of music. Starr Hill has since opened a location in Lynchburg, Virginia.
