Kathy Heberle grew up in a suburb of Buffalo, New . She attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, earning a B.S. degree in Medical Technology. Kathy moved to Erie, Pennsylvania, after graduation and began a 24-year career in clinical laboratory work. She has been married to her husband Mark for 40-years. Together they have one married daughter and two young grandchildren.
After retiring from the medical field, Kathy pursued her long interest in real estate. That led to a successful career as a realtor specializing in new home construction. She and her husband have built nine new homes over the years, as well as renovating homes and owning income properties. Kathy moved to Roanoke, Virginia in 2015 to be closer to her family. Seeing a need she started a women’s networking group for women business owners and entrepreneurs. The group meets once a month (currently online) for education, networking, encouragement and support and has a very diverse and committed membership.
Kathy also teaches online fitness classes for women over 50 in private groups She is planning on expanding her classes this year to help more women adopt a healthy lifestyle, shed excess weight, and learn to love their bodies.
